Heidi is Vice President of People Operations for Strata Decision Technology.  With over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management, Heidi is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent at Strata; recognizing the importance of connecting our commitment to clients with those who are delivering on that promise.  With the belief that an engaged and inspired team will result in world-class service and innovative products for our clients, Heidi drives the growth and development of our team.

Prior to joining Strata, Heidi was a member of the leadership team at Fruition Partners, Inc., a global cloud, technology-enabled services firm.  Heidi and her team shaped HR programs aligning business objectives with people initiatives.  These efforts in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, rewards and career development enabled people to do their best work, and led to the business exceeding performance expectations year over year.  Prior to her career at Fruition Partners, Heidi worked at Morningstar, Inc., winner of a variety of best practice awards, including Fortune’s 100 Best Places to Work and Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplace.

Heidi is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by both SHRM and HCRI and has recently been recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as one of the Female Vendor Financial Management Leaders to Know in 2018.  She earned a B.A. in Organizational Studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
