Jennie Dulac leads Syntellis' Clinical Analytics unit, working closely with clients to assess their needs and determine how data and analytics can help them improve business performance. With more than 35 years of clinical leadership experience, Jennie has led clinical collaboratives for more than 250 hospitals. She has developed numerous quality and safety programs that have earned Healthgrades Top 100 Hospital and Top 10 Health System designations. Her areas of expertise include quality management, strategy, operations, and clinical decision support.

Jennie previously served as Chief Quality Officer with SCL Health, where she developed and implemented the organization’s strategic plan for quality, safety, and clinical risk. Her previous positions include Vice President of Quality Management at Universal Health Services, Inc., Executive Director of the Regional Hospital Network at Spectrum Health, and 20 years conducting healthcare quality management start-ups.

Jennie regularly contributes to industry and academic publications. She has held academic appointments at Dartmouth Medical School, Washington University Medical School, and Michigan State University. Jennie earned an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.

Catherine Savage

Catherine Savage

Catherine Savage is an Assistant Vice President, with responsibilities focused on the firm’s Cost Accounting and Decision Support implementation group. She serves as Practice Lead for the group, implements Costing and Decision Support software for client hospitals and health systems of varying sizes and complexity nationwide, and provides ongoing consultation.

Ms. Savage has 30 years of healthcare finance experience. Prior to joining Syntellis, she was Manager of Profitability Analysis for Northside Hospital in Atlanta, where she oversaw system-wide financial analysis. She also had responsibility for the cost accounting process and the annual capital budget. Prior to that, Ms. Savage was a cost accounting instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Savage holds an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Business from the University of Illinois. She is a CPA.
