Laura is the Chief Financial Officer at Strata.  In her role, she oversees the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Operations functions.  Laura and her team provide support across the company, ensuring we operate a successful, growth-minded organization.

Laura joined Strata in 2024 and brings with her a depth of accounting, finance, and audit experience.  Prior to Strata, Laura was CFO at Pampered Chef, and held many leadership positions at STATS, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and PwC.

Laura holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and received her CPA from the State of Arizona.

John’s primary focus is to ensure Strata’s solutions and teams support customers across the industries we serve. Under his leadership, the company delivers customer-centric solutions through product innovation, advanced insights, customer-focused delivery, and industry expertise. 

John had more than 30 years of experience spanning small and large software and healthcare services companies. He previously served as Stata’s Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he oversaw finance and was deeply involved in the company’s operations and strategic direction. 

Prior to joining Strata, John was the Controller for Catamaran Corporation, a pharmacy benefit management company that is now part of OptumRx. He started his career at an enterprise healthcare IT provider, where he helped establish systems, controls, and processes to support the company’s long-term growth. 

John holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Steve directs Strata’s data and intelligence strategy. With a focus on innovation, he propels our portfolio and our customers to accelerate value through data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.   

Prior to joining Strata, Steve led Data & Intelligence Solutions at Syntellis Performance Solutions. He also served as General Manager for Connected Analytics & Capacity Management at Change Healthcare, and Vice President of Clinical Solutions at RelayHealth. Steve has led businesses through significant transformation and growth, delivered differentiating solutions, and applied the power of data across various sectors — with a primary focus on healthcare technology.     

Steve holds a B.S. in Economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and an Executive M.B.A. from San Diego State University.   

Dan oversees Strata’s information and cybersecurity strategy, providing leadership and guidance to manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Strata’s products. 

He is passionate about maintaining a resilient infrastructure to support the growth of our customers’ data sets and complex modeling needs. Prior to joining Strata, Dan spent more than a decade at Huron, where he served in various infrastructure and security leadership roles, including as Director of Infrastructure and Security. 

Dan holds a B.A. in Business from Loyola University in Chicago. 

Jennifer leads the Strata teams responsible for customer system implementation and optimization, post-implementation support, project management, and consulting services. 

She has decades of experience in planning, operations, and finance. Prior to joining Strata, Jennifer served as Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer at Loyola Medicine, where she led strategy, planning, community benefit, and government relations. Her experience also includes serving in various strategic and finance roles at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and within the University of Chicago Hospitals network. She started her career in healthcare management consulting, where she focused on planning, operational improvement, and partnering strategies. 

Jennifer earned her M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. 

Frank oversees Strata’s business development, customer success management, solutions engineering, marketing, and sales operations. Leveraging deep market knowledge, he is accountable for aligning all revenue-generating functions and building strategic partnerships with Strata’s customer base. 

Frank has deployed planning solutions and process improvements at more than 200 organizations since joining the company in 2004. He drives innovative and market-leading thought leadership and approaches related to financial planning and performance management, helping organizations leverage automation and advance their FP&A functions. 

Frank holds an B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

Robert leads the company’s legal functions, providing sound, legal guidance and business insights that support Strata’s strategic objectives. He has extensive transactional experience and partners with leaders organization-wide to implement practical solutions to complex legal and business challenges. 

Prior to joining Strata, Robert held previous positions as Assistant General Counsel at both Syntellis Performance Solutions, LLC, and Sears Holdings Management Corporation. He also practiced commercial business litigation in Chicago, representing customers in a variety of legal matters. 

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University. 

Heidi is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent at Strata by driving team engagement and growth. 

With decades of experience in human resources (HR) and talent management, Heidi knows that fostering an engaged and inspired team propel the company’s ability to provide world-class service and innovative products for our customers. Prior to joining Strata, she led the People team at Fruition Partners and spent several years at Morningstar, both award-winning workplaces. Heidi and her team shape HR programs aligning business objectives with people initiatives. 

Heidi is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by both the Society for HR Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She holds a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. 

Chief Technology Officer

Jonathan leads Strata’s technology strategy and architecture, product development, quality assurance, and business continuity. 

He has decades of experience delivering mission-critical commercial software to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. Prior to Strata, Jonathan led Product Development and Support at Syntellis Performance Solutions and helped shape Broadcom’s out-of-the-box-experience efforts. He also spent more than 20 years at BMC Software, where he served as VP & GM for the ZSolutions business unit. 

Jonathan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
