Ginger Laney Clopper develops, oversees, and implements programs that support the vision and plans for Syntellis Performance Solutions. With 20 years of software and operational leadership experience, she works with the firm’s CEO and cross-functionally to drive initiatives, foster best practices, and achieve strategic objectives.

Ginger’s areas of expertise include program management, process analysis, software implementation, change management, and strategic planning. Prior to Syntellis, she was Director of Strategic Operations at enterprise software company Aptean.

Ginger’s previous positions include Director of Enablement and Director of Professional Services at Aderant. She also served in leadership roles at Surgical Information Systems, and at Cerner Corporation.
 

With nearly 20 years of experience as a senior finance executive, Jacques Villeneuve leads all finance operations for Syntellis Performance Solutions. His areas of expertise include strategic and operational planning, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and process improvements.

Before Syntellis, Jacques served as Vice President of Finance for Hinda Incentives, where he oversaw accounting, finance, treasury and risk management, real estate, and legal for the company. Jacques previously served as Vice President of Finance for the Provider Solutions Division of Truven Health Analytics. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Thomson Reuters and Nortel.

Jacques received his M.B.A. in Strategic Planning from McGill University.
