Jennifer Rauworth

Jennifer is the Chief Services Officer at Strata Decision Technology. In this role, she leads the Strata teams responsible for client system implementation and optimization, post-implementation support, project management and consulting services.

Jennifer has decades of experience in healthcare provider planning, operations and finance. Prior to joining Strata, Jennifer served as Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer at Loyola Medicine where she led strategy, planning, community benefit and government relations. Jennifer’s other experience includes serving in a variety of strategic and finance roles at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and within the University of Chicago Hospitals network. She started her career in healthcare management consulting where she focused on planning, operational improvement and partnering strategies.

Jennifer earned her M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
