Steve directs Strata’s data and intelligence strategy. With a focus on innovation, he propels our portfolio and our customers to accelerate value through data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.   Prior to joining Strata, Steve led Data & Intelligence Solutions at Syntellis Performance Solutions.

Dan oversees Strata’s information and cybersecurity strategy, providing leadership and guidance to manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Strata’s products. He is passionate about maintaining a resilient infrastructure to support the growth of our customers’ data sets and complex modeling needs.

Jennifer leads the Strata teams responsible for customer system implementation and optimization, post-implementation support, project management, and consulting services. She has decades of experience in planning, operations, and finance.

Frank oversees Strata’s business development, customer success management, solutions engineering, marketing, and sales operations. Leveraging deep market knowledge, he is accountable for aligning all revenue-generating functions and building strategic partnerships with Strata’s customer base.

Robert leads the company’s legal functions, providing sound, legal guidance and business insights that support Strata’s strategic objectives. He has extensive transactional experience and partners with leaders organization-wide to implement practical solutions to complex legal and business challenges.

Heidi is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent at Strata by driving team engagement and growth. With decades of experience in human resources (HR) and talent management, Heidi knows that fostering an engaged and inspired team propel the company’s ability to provide world-class service and innovative products for our customers.

Jonathan leads Strata’s technology strategy and architecture, product development, quality assurance, and business continuity. He has decades of experience delivering mission-critical commercial software to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide.
